In December, Paris Baguette reponed the I’Tower store located in Seoul Teheran-ro as Bagel Lab: a bagel specialty store and research center. A bagel-tasting event was held in January 2023 for regular customers at the Bagel Lab, commemorating the launch of Double Chewy Bagel.
