Paris Croissant Signs MOU with Wonju City for Public-Private-Labor Shared Growth

Paris Croissant, which is operating the Paris Baguette brand, announced on the 14th that it had signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for shared growth with Wonju City with qualification as a local company.
Under this MOU, Paris Croissant, Wonju City and the Labor Union of Public Officials of Wonju City will work for public-private-labor cooperation to foster and activate local small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
Paris Croissant, as a local company of Wonju City, will support local SMEs with market development and sales activation by using its expertise built in the field of food and food product manufacturing. It will also contribute to local growth promotion by participating in the public-private-labor network expansion.
Wonju City local companies are companies that have maintained business site in the area for more than 20 years, and have over 130 full-time employees for manufacturing and producing items. Paris Croissant is operating the Wonju Production Center in Taejang-dong and, currently, about 250 employees are working in the establishment.
“We participated in this MOU with a goal to contribute to the local development of Wonju City by using our expertise and specialized technologies in the field of food manufacturing,” said a Paris Croissant official. “We will strive to achieve shared growth with local SMEs.”
