Paris Baguette Wins Gold Award for Two Consecutive years at ‘2023 Monde Selection’

Paris Baguette announced that four of its popular gift products had been awarded the Gold Award for two consecutive years in recognition of their outstanding tastes and appearances at the ‘2023 Monde Selection’, a globally-renowned quality evaluation agency.
‘Monde Selection’, founded in Belgium, Europe, boasts its history of 60 years, in which a team of 80 experts evaluates and awards products according to more than 25 criteria, including taste, scent, texture, and packaging.
This year, a total of four products were honored with awards, including (i) ‘Full Moon Bread’ which is baked on a 99.9% pure copper plate and filled with red bean pastes between moist buns, signifying a wish for the health and wellness of the family during the full moon, (ii) The savory and sweet ‘Jeju Maum Sandwich’ which harmoniously places Jeju specialties such as Udo peanuts, butter, and caramel between crispy cookies, (iii) The ‘Gapyeong Delicious Sandwich’ containing Gapyeong’s specialties such as pine nuts, butter, and caramel in crispy butter cookies, and (iv) ‘Renowned Premium Castella with Korean Honey’ boasting soft texture and sweet flavor thanks to fresh green eggs and domestic golden honey.
All four award-winning products have consistently enjoyed good responses since their launches, positioning themselves as Paris Baguette’s representative gift products, and were highly praised for their excellent taste and quality at this awards ceremony. In particular, this year’s new award-winning product, ‘Renowned Premium Castella with Korean Honey’, received high scores in the taste, flavor, and texture categories.
A Paris Baguette official said, “Since becoming the first bakery to win a Monde Selection last year, we’ve been working hard and have once again been recognized for our global excellence. Paris Baguette will strive to grow into an established premium gift brand in the global market.”
