Baskin Robbins store at B1, Yangjae Office, SPC Group
Let’s first look at Baskin Robbins’ store at Yangjae Office. If you go down to the first basement level of SPC Group’s Yangjae office, you will see Baskin Robbins store right at the front. The store’s harmonious interior that represents Baskin Robbins’ iconic colors of navy, pink, and wood tone surely catches the eye. Since the portion of employees visiting the store during business hours is high, the store has been formed with efficient traffic that allow visitors to quickly select, pay, and pick up their orders.
The store maximized convenience by introducing the latest IT equipment
There are two Happy Station kiosks by the entrance that allow quick non-contact orders and payments via touchscreen. Employees can get discounts by tagging their IDs when they pay; they can also save and use their Happy Points. In addition, there are digital displays installed throughout the store. Displays show the menu, ongoing promotions, and new products in a clear image. Hashtag displays show SNS posts of the store’s visitors by real-time. The store also implemented an efficient digital system during the process of order pickups. The display located at the pickup place shows pickup table numbers and order numbers so that visitors can quickly pickup their orders contactless.
Showcase freezers that allow customers to handpick the products
Through the renewal, we expanded showcase freezers from three to six where customers can see and handpick products. With four ice cream cake freezers and two freezers designated for ready packs and block packs, customers can now see various products at once. At the center of the store, there’s a U-shaped Dessert to-go Zone that places ice desserts, ice cream cones, and stick bars. You can find ice mochi, Baskin Robins’ signature dessert, as well as other iced desserts such as ice steamed buns, ice sandwiches, and ice cream rolls.
Coconut Cream Oat Latte & Caramel Cream Oat Latte, Only at Yangjae office
Baskin Robbins’ Yangjae office store offers a coffee brewed by Italian luxury coffee machine brand, La Marzocco espresso machine. Visitors can choose either of ‘Scarlett Lion’ with a full body taste or ‘Black Whale’ with a thick and heavy taste as their choice of special coffee beans. There’s a special menu that only Yangjae office store serves, such as ‘Caramel Cream Oat Latte’ that mixes sweet caramel cream with nutty oat milk. For coconut lovers, we recommend ‘Coconut Cream Oat Latte’ that has a soft flavor of coconut cream.

The artwork on the wall surely catches the eyes of our customers; it is one of the space branding productions planned by the design center to demonstrate an ice cream in a creative way. On one side of the store, there’s a display stand filled with various party supplies and Baskin Robbins’ goods.

Dunkin’ Donuts at B1, Yangjae office, SPC Group
Let’s now look at Dunkin’ Donuts Yangjae office store. Just like Baskin Robbins store, Dunkin’ Donuts store is also located at the first basement level of Yangjae office. With ‘New Wave Project’ that seeks changes for the most delicious donuts, the new brand image of Dunkin’ Donuts has been applied throughout the store. A neat wood tone mixed with symbolic orange color of Dunkin’ Donuts added with magenta interior exudes a sophisticated atmosphere. By implementing vertical displays, the store delivers videos clips on new products and menus with liveliness.

Through the New Wave Project, three stores including Dunkin LiVE Gangnam, Seolleung, and Konkuk University Station newly opened earlier. Yangjae office store also treats popular menus from these stores. Handmade gourmet donut is a premium product that was first introduced at Dunkin LiVE and it seeks the taste of real live donuts. You can find ‘Crème Brûlée Donut’ at Yangjae office store that is filled with fresh custard creams and coated with crispy sugar. Other donuts such as ‘Soft Milk Cream Donut’ that is fully sanded with soft milk cream and ‘Tiramisu Cream Donut’ that reinterprets the traditional Italian dessert are also popular menus.
Brunch-themed donuts and ‘King-sized Twisted Donut’ that can be served as a meal
Brunch-themed donuts such as ‘Nostalgic Salad Donut,’ ‘Egg Brunch Donut,’ and ‘Corn Cheese Brunch Donut’ are all recommended menus especially for our employees as they can be served as a meal. ‘King-sized Twisted Donut’ comes with a pleasant name and makes our employees laugh; it is a signature menu at our Seolleung store. With a sweet nutty peanut butter glazing on top of a huge, twisted donut added with a streusel bread topping, it has a crispy flavor to it.
Salad and sandwich menus as quick bites for office workers
Because the store is often visited by our employees, there are various quick bite menus as well. ‘Grilled Chicken Salad,’ ‘Cob Salad,’ ‘Sweet Pumpkin & Ricotta Salad’ are some of the menus with fresh vegetables and toppings. We recommend ‘Ham Egg Sandwich,’ ‘Wasabi Carb Stick Sandwich,’ and ‘Nashville Chicken Wrap Sandwich.’ You can enjoy hearty and delicious quick bites by cooking our ‘Rose Hot Chicken Ciabatta’ and ‘Cubano Ciabatta’ warm.
